Mrs Ram Boray is a Kui Indigenous woman from Andas Village, Salavisei Commune, Prasat Ballang District, Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia. She is an Indigenous youth leader and social development practitioner committed to promoting education, youth empowerment, and Indigenous community development.



She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2014, overcoming many challenges, including discrimination, financial hardship, and adapting to city life.
After graduation, Mrs Boray worked as a Project Coordinator with the Cambodian Indigenous Youth Association (CIYA), where she conducted community research, organised human rights and Indigenous rights training, and strengthened youth leadership in Indigenous communities.
She believes that education is the key to transforming lives and empowering Indigenous youth and communities. Through her work and personal journey, she has become a role model for Indigenous young women and youth in Cambodia.
